COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE

A holistic view means that vitality and overall health come to the fore. In everyday life, we are exposed to a variety of stresses and strains. Stress, nutrition, but also genetics play a major role and can promote or impair our health. It is not only important to cure ailments, prevention and early prevention are particularly important.

Targeted measures can prevent or avoid the occurrence of diseases. It is no longer just a question of treating illnesses, but of achieving a sustainably good quality of life and vitality.

If illnesses have already occurred, healing or alleviation is sometimes a complex process that takes into account underlying causes. This makes it all the more important to take a holistic view and assessment on several levels, taking into account the underlying causes – both on a physical, emotional and subtle level. Together we look for the causes, create an individual therapy concept to activate the self-healing powers and find the path to sustainable success.

We have numerous diagnostic and therapeutic methods at our disposal.

Ozone therapy – Autologous blood treatment

Ozone therapy is a recognised complementary therapy that can be used for both acute and chronic illnesses.

The ozone used for medical purposes consists of three oxygen atoms and is very reactive – on contact with the body’s own tissue it quickly breaks down into active oxygen compounds.

Once the ozone is in the body, it quickly breaks down into active oxygen compounds, which have the following effects on the body:

  • Combats pathogens: effective against bacteria, viruses and fungi
  • Promotes blood circulation: improves the oxygen supply to the tissues
  • Strengthening the immune system: activates the body’s own defence mechanisms in acute viral/bacterial infections, as well as in chronic diseases such as rheumatism, inflammatory bowel disease, allergies or cancer

Focal points of treatment:

  • Painful conditions
  • Gastrointestinal complaints
  • Weak immune system, acute viral/bacterial diseases
  • Exhaustion and depressive moods
  • Chronic diseases

Ozone therapy – procedure

The ozone used is a precisely dosed mixture of medical ozone and oxygen. In the so-called autologous blood treatment, around 100 ml of blood is taken from the patient via the vein, enriched with ozone and then returned directly to the bloodstream. The amount of ozone used is determined individually by the treating doctor. Depending on requirements, the therapy can be carried out several times a week or at longer intervals.

Advanced holistic examinations and diagnostics

Finding the causes is often crucial for the assessment and treatment of more complex problems. In addition to conventional medical clarification, we also offer further holistic examinations.

Nutrition, FX Mayr medicine and microbiome

The intestinal flora has become the focus of scientific attention in recent years. It is increasingly being recognised that it is important for fundamental processes. Inflammation can be promoted or reduced, it can have an influence on well-being, mood and even body weight. Targeted regulation and detoxification of the gut and the targeted activation of metabolic processes can reduce pain, improve general well-being and alleviate chronic processes.

Orthomolecular medicine

The supply of food is greater than ever before. Nevertheless, contamination with pollutants is increasing and soils are partially depleted. By thoroughly analysing the supply of trace elements and vitamins, the individual nutrient situation can be determined and supplemented.

In orthomolecular medicine, micronutrients are used specifically to treat various ailments. These are administered either orally or as an infusion.

Vitamins & Immunological protection

A lack of vitamins can significantly impair the body’s immune defence. Vitamins fulfil essential functions within the immune system, which is responsible for protecting against pathogens.

Causes of a vitamin deficiency

  • Lower sun exposure: In the darker months of the year, UV radiation is reduced, which limits the body’s own production of vitamin D. In addition, most people spend little time outdoors.
  • Increased requirement: The immune system is often under greater strain in winter, e.g. due to colds or flu epidemics, which can further increase the need for vitamins.
  • Insufficient absorption: This can be caused by a lack of intake, but also by a disturbance of absorption in the intestine.

Infusion therapy to boost the immune system

An immune infusion is an effective form of therapy in which essential vitamins and minerals are administered directly via the bloodstream. This enables rapid and targeted absorption by the body.

Typically, these infusions contain high doses of active ingredients such as vitamin C, various B vitamins, vitamin D and trace elements such as zinc and selenium. This combination supports the immune system and helps to boost the body’s defences.

Advantages of an immune infusion

  1. Rapid effect:
The nutrients enter the blood immediately and are available to the body without delay.
  2. Optimum bioavailability:
As the digestive tract is bypassed, the active ingredients can be absorbed more efficiently.
  3. Personalised composition:
The infusion solution is customised to the patient’s needs – for targeted and effective therapy.
  4. Strengthening the immune system:
The vitamins and minerals it contains help to regulate the immune system and improve the body’s own defence mechanisms.

Infusion therapy – applications:

  • Pain therapy
  • Fatigue, exhaustion
  • Immune system
  • Acute and chronic illnesses and infections
  • During heavy physical exertion, training and sport for regeneration
  • Skin diseases
  • Degenerative diseases / arthrosis
